Wednesday Adult Balance and Movement

ACTIVATE 2026
A considerate movement and balance program for adults regardless of age or gender navigating the real world.

Every Wednesday 12:00 to 1:15PM
8-Week Balance & Movement Program

Created for adults who want to remain steady, confident, and physically capable as they move forward into an active and independent future.

This program emphasizes:

      • Improving balance and stability

      • Supporting posture and body alignment

      • Maintaining flexibility and  mobility

      • Building confidence in everyday movement

Classes are gentle, low-impact, and adaptable, with exercises designed to accommodate age-related limitations, previous injuries, or reduced mobility that comes to us all.

Training incorporates:

      • Awareness of Balance and coordination principles used in fall-prevention and stability

      • PT nspired movement exercise for strength, posture, and joint support

      • Simple situational awareness and self-protection concepts appropriate for daily life and travel

Some balance concepts are drawn from traditional movement in martial disciplines such as Aikido; however, this is not a martial arts class.
No falling, partner contact, or strenuous technique activity is required.

The goal is to help participants develop the physical integrity, strength, and confidence needed to move safely, comfortably, and independently in an active life style.
